With positions as Managing Director at Credit Suisse and UBS as well as Partner at Boston Consulting Group, he has led wealth management businesses to sustainable growth, driven digital & analytics-based innovation and successfully transformed companies.

Jens Hagemann was founder and spokesman of the Management Board of V-Bank, the leading German custodian bank for asset managers, and a member of the Management Board of DAB Bank AG. He also held management positions at HVB Group and Bayerische Hypotheken- und Wechsel-Bank AG in Munich and Berlin.

Dr. Sibylle Peter is a member of the Board of Directors of Cinerius-Holding. She is the founder of YSMA AG, a Swiss family office, and previously worked in various management roles in the Swiss financial sector, including as a member of the executive board of a Swiss private bank. She also sits on the boards of directors of various companies in the financial, media and healthtech sectors.

Milena Effert is a consultant for administration and projects. Prior to this, she worked for many years as an assistant partner in a renowned law firm in Munich and Frankfurt am Main, where she focused primarily on banking and public procurement projects. Her current focus is on administrative tasks and extensive projects within the company organization.

Gordian Giger has held leading positions in business development, M&A and finance for companies in Europe and the USA. Among other things, he worked as Co-Lead Switzerland and Managing Director at Advior International/Raiffeisen Bank and as Head Corporate Business Development and MG for Bank Vontobel.

Jens Jüttner is a business graduate with additional legal training. As a long-standing board member of a listed investment company, he was responsible for the management and development of the commercial and administrative division as well as the management of subsidiaries.

David Oehri is responsible for growth initiatives at Cinerius and supports the partner companies in sales and digital channel development. Previously, he was a consultant at BCG and PwC and held management roles in wealth management at Credit Suisse and UBS.

Stephan Columbus has more than 15 years of experience as a dynamic M&A all-rounder with a deal-strategic perspective in national and international transaction advisory at KPMG with a focus on financial services. In his function as operational lead of the deal team, he has successfully realized a large number of acquisitions front-to-end. As Head of M&A Germany and Luxembourg, he drives the strategic expansion of our partnerships in both markets.

Gregor Heller, Chief of Staff at Cinerius Financial Partners AG, has more than a decade of experience in international wealth management, with previous roles at UBS, Credit Suisse, and Bank Vontobel in Switzerland, London, and Dubai.

Michaela Schnabel has many years of experience in Talent Management for Finance & Banking as well as in Business Development. In leading positions at well-known HR companies, she successfully drove recruitment, talent management, digitalization and HR/social media. She is currently responsible for operational and strategic HR management at Cinerius, making targeted use of her extensive expertise.

As Head of IT at Cinerius, Andreas Schuster is responsible for providing comprehensive digitalization solutions for the partner companies. With a Master’s degree in Software Engineering, he specializes in the business-oriented development of IT structures, the development of global applications and the orchestration of complex IT landscapes. He also has experience in near and offshore sourcing as well as in international IT management positions and as an entrepreneur in Germany, the USA and the UAE.

Simon Willermann works in the finance department of the Cinerius Group and has many years of experience in supporting licensed companies in accounting and controlling. His focus is on making financial processes transparent, creating a reliable basis for decision-making and supporting partner companies both operationally and strategically.

Stefanie Ostmeier brings with her many years of expertise in the field of personnel services and recruitment to find the right talent for the partner companies. As an HR employee, she is happy to take the time needed to fill a new position. Her current focus is on talent sourcing and recruiting.
