Integration of add-ons

In addition to acquiring new partner companies as hubs, Cinerius also supports existing partners with addth add-on transactions of smaller wealth manager. The support includes the identification, financing and structuring of suitable acquisitions – with the aim of accelerating inorganic growth. Cinerius also supports the partner companies in the subsequent integration process to ensure a smooth and sustainable merger.

Product satellites

Cinerius supports its partner companies in expanding their range of services through so-called “product satellites.” These bundle special topics that complement the core offering of an wealth manager—such as private equity, crypto, credit brokerage, or other specialized solutions. This creates a joint, group-wide offering that is either developed centrally or provided through the specific expertise of individual partner companies. The result: more holistic and differentiated customer service.

Digital marketing & scalable content

Cinerius supports its partner companies with digital marketing to enable additional growth outside its own network. To this end, relevant content is created for selected target groups and distributed via various digital channels in order to generate new leads. Successful initiatives are scaled across the entire group to create added value for everyone. In addition, the measures are continuously analyzed and optimized to further increase their impact.

Cinerius uses market-leading tools and data solutions to systematically support its partner companies in identifying growth potential. Based on these insights, opportunities can be prioritized and strategic measures implemented in a structured manner. External distribution of funds

Many Cinerius partner companies manage funds with a convincing track record and high sales potential – both in the B2C and B2B sectors. Cinerius supports them in developing new customers and sales channels, both through digital measures and traditional sales channels, in order to sustainably increase the reach of the funds.

IT platform & fintech integration

Cinerius provides its partner companies with a modern IT platform that supports efficient processes and optimizes both the customer and consultant experience. Centralized IT expertise relieves the burden on partners, resulting in less effort for maintenance and new implementations. In addition, Cinerius maintains continuous contact with innovative fintech solutions in order to integrate them into the platform and give partners access to state-of-the-art technologies.

Service Co. services

The partner companies of Cinerius have founded Cinerius Service GmbH in order to receive targeted support in the areas of regulation, compliance, accounting and reporting and to bundle know-how. The range of services offered by the service company is adapted and implemented in several stages to the individual needs of the partners, so that each partner is optimally relieved.

With positions as Managing Director at Credit Suisse and UBS as well as Partner at Boston Consulting Group, he has led wealth management businesses to sustainable growth, driven digital & analytics-based innovation and successfully transformed companies.

Gordian Giger

Head of Partnerships

Gordian Giger has held leading positions in business development, M&A and finance for companies in Europe and the USA. Among other things, he worked as Co-Lead Switzerland and Managing Director at Advior International/Raiffeisen Bank and as Head Corporate Business Development and MG for Bank Vontobel.

David Oehri

Head Growth Proposition

David Oehri is responsible for growth initiatives at Cinerius and supports the partner companies in sales and digital channel development. Previously, he was a consultant at BCG and PwC and held management roles in wealth management at Credit Suisse and UBS.

Jens Jüttner

Head Support Proposition

Jens Jüttner is a business graduate with additional legal training. As a long-standing board member of a listed investment company, he was responsible for the management and development of the commercial and administrative division as well as the management of subsidiaries.
